How To :-
Using Pc:-
1. Download and extract tools you will have files as follow:
2. Run "twrp-installer.bat" and it will show:
3. Enter fastboot mode on your Redmi 3S then follow the guide on screen.
4. After it finishes, phone will automatically boot into recovery mode.
Using Phone (If u have old TWRP installed):-
1. Extract The downloaded Twrp installer.zip .
2. Boot into TWRP.
3. Go to Install & Choose Image.
4. Now Navigate to the extraxted Folder & Select "recovery.img".
5. Now It Ask to choose partition for the image ,choose "recovery" then "Swipe to confirm flash".
6. Swipe it & After it completed .. Tap Reboot Recovery...
7. U will boot into TWRP 3.1.0 ...
Note:- If your phone didn't booted into TWRP 3.1.0 at first attempt then Boot into Recovery by Key combination( POWER ,VOL + & VOL - )...
