How To Change Fonts In Redmi 3s/prime[MIUI 8] Without Root


Hello Mi Users, Today i'm gonna tell u how to change fonts in your mi devices without rooting your device...


This method works for almost all mi phones including Redmi 1S, Redmi 2 / Prime, Redmi 3S / Prime, Redmi note 3, Redmi note 4G, Mi 2, Mi 3, Mi 4, Mi 4i, Mi 5 etc.



I devided this procedure into 2 steps so read carefully...



Step 1:-


• Go  Here & login with your MI account.


• Select Bounding Account Type As Individual Designers.


• Fill the form.


• Upload your real pic.


• When system asks for bank details skip it.


• choose Registration.


• Accept agreement and register.


• All done. Now wait for apprx 24hr ,you will receive a confirmation from Xiaomi when your verification was done.






Step 2:-


• Now Download these two apps from below & install them both.


Ifont:- Here


Quick shortcut maker:- Here




Quickshortcut maker part:-


• Now open quickshortcut maker & search for settings.


• U can see 2 settings , choose correct one.



• Now scroll down & tap on Font .



• Then Click "Change label" & rename it to "Fonts".




• Then Click Create , Now u can see a new shortcut named as "Fonts".





Ifont Part:-


• Open ifont & choose a font which u want to use.



• Download it & a new THEME Button is Started Showing On theTop Right Corner of the screen.



• Tap it > OK > OK.




• It will open the theme app now go to "offline" & click import.



• Now go to "MIUI/themes/ your_font.mtz", choose it & press ok..




• When import finished..Open that "Fonts" shortcut we maded earlier..



• U can see your fonts name there.

Choose it & click Apply.( Must connected to internet).





• It asked to reboot tap to reboot ...




• When your phone turn on.. your font was changed successfully...

How to again change back to factory font

Same process.. Open fonts shortcut u can see default font there.. Apply it...



Or u can revert back to stock font by changing themes...
