CM 13 is an aftermarket ROM based on Android Marshmallow. This is the first stable build of CM13. Super smooth, stable and many bugs have been fixed. • save and on off flightmode
• call 198 and chek if it not connected back
now again create a new apn

• save it save only not visibel again on of flight mode and call and enjoy
